My intent as a teacher is to support and nurture my students' love of music. While I often focus on technique in my teaching, it is to serve my students' musical goals, ambitions, and tastes. To this end, my teaching style is supportive and inquiry based.

I teach F horn at Lewis and Clark College and horn, music theory, aural skills and keyboard skills at Clackamas Community College. Outside of university, I teach horn to students of all ages and abilities.
